Softwares: Zbrush, Maya, Substance Painter
For this project, I was tasked with creating the chameleon model from start to finish. Following the concept art, I first developed a draft version of the chameleon, which was used during the shoot as a lighting and scale reference. From there, I built a high-resolution, VFX-ready model in ZBrush, painted detailed textures in Substance Painter, and also modeled the skeleton and musculature to ensure accurate CFX simulations.
To bring everything together, I also carried out some shot sculpting, refining the model to meet the specific needs of the final shots and ensuring a seamless integration into the production.
